Chuck Manto PhotoChuck Manto, CEO, has over 25 years of public and private sector technology experience managing high-tech start-ups, Gartner Group's Venture Capital Service, a county Economic Development Corporation, industrial defense conversion, broadband CLEC operations, and this joint venture in critical infrastructure protection. He serves as a strategic advisor to Public Technology Institute, IIIA of James Madison University and the Engineering and Physics department at Frostburg State University.  He also has five issued patents and others pending. Robin B. Frazier, VP, serves as a county commissioner in Carroll County, MD,was a project leader in the Maryland Governor's Office of Intergovernmental Affairs and mortgage banker.   Her past projects included organizing disaster relief and recovery activities for Hurricane Isabel and the development of numerous policies and public works projects at the county level.  She facilitates participation of financial institutions and local and state governments in IAN projects.

Since EMP can be caused by natural events such as a geomagnetic storms or manmade causes (such as pulse generators, EMP pipe bombs and ordinance, and nuclear blast), IAN assessments will cover all of these contingencies in its assessments.
